"Do not use Trey Rhodes. He is the rudest Agent you will ever meet. I have an audio recording of him telling me he’s not going to get the police report from my car accident, that it’s my job, not his. This Is an insurance agent saying this. Been 3 weeks since the accident, absolutely no movement. He’s stalling so he doesn’t have to pay."

"From the moment I swapped my homeowners insurance over to when I've added vehicles to my policy, Taylor has been with me each step of the way. Very professional and timely. He really makes you feel comfortable when it comes to insurance and explains everything. Also, I was quoted by many other insurance agencies in the West Ga area. Only State Farm had the best ones.
